Try On Appointments

We offer in-studio try-on appointments so you can view and try selected styles prior to hiring. Try-ons are designed to help you confirm fit, style and confidence before your event.

All try-ons are by appointment only and must be booked via our online booking system.

Booking a Try-On

All try-on appointments are booked through Setmore.

Please ensure you select the correct appointment type and date. Availability is limited and appointments often book out in advance.

What to Expect

• Try on a curated selection of styles available for hire
• Appointments are time-limited to allow fair access for all customers
• Our studio is a working hire space — styles available at try-on are subject to availability

Try-ons are intended for fitting and style selection only and do not reserve an Item unless a hire booking is made.

Important Try-On Rules

To protect our garments and ensure fairness for all customers, the following rules apply:

• No fake tan, body oils or shimmer
• Minimal makeup (face makeup only – no body makeup)
• No heavy perfume
• Clean, dry skin
• No food or drinks during try-ons

Any damage caused during a try-on may result in cleaning, repair or replacement charges.

Availability & Stock

Trying on an Item does not guarantee availability for your event date.
All hires are subject to availability at the time of booking. 
If you wish to try a particular style, we recommend contacting us ahead of your appointment.

We strongly recommend securing your hire as soon as possible after your try-on.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Try-on appointments are non-refundable
• Failure to attend your appointment or late arrival may result in forfeiture of the appointment
