We recommend selecting dates that allow your dress to arrive 1–2 days before your event.

Shipping (Australia-Wide)

  • Orders are sent to arrive on or before your selected delivery date
  • Delivery occurs Monday–Friday only (no weekend delivery)
  • $30 express return postage is added at checkout
  • Returns must be sent back the next business day after your event (most commonly Monday)

Example: If your event is Saturday, your return is due Monday.

Local Pickup

Select the date you would like to collect your dress.
We recommend choosing 2 days before your event, subject to availability.

Pickup locations:

  • Rouse Hill – after business hours
  • Marsden Park – at an agreed time

We will contact you after booking to confirm a suitable pickup time.

Returns for Local Pickups

If your event is anytime between Thursday to Sunday, returns are due Monday:

  • Marsden Park: Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (anytime)
  • Rouse Hill: Monday only, between 4:30pm – 7:00pm

If your hire is during the week, please DM, email, or SMS us to organise pickup and return times.
